The Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca Parent Teacher Organization has developed a survey focusing on the possibility of a walking bridge over Highway 50 in Syracuse. We are interested in finding out local interest and input into the subject. Please take a few minutes to fill out our survey. Your input is valuable to moving forward with any further plans.

The Syracuse PTO is a partnership in which parents and students work together to provide a stronger and healthier school system for our students. Anyone who has a child in District #27 (elementary thru high school) is welcome to get involved in PTO. Browse through our website to learn how easy it is to get involved - whether it be volunteering time or special skills, donating food during parent conferences, or simply showing school spirit through the purchase of rocket apparel. Proceeds from PTO apparel sales are used to fund special programs for students, as well as to purchase non-budgeted classroom items as requested by teachers. What an easy way to support your child's education and growth! We encourage all parents of SDA students to get involved in PTO meetings, which are typically held on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
